Breakfast stir fry?

Have you ever woken up and decided you don’t really feel like a “breakfasty” kind of meal. No pancakes, no oatmeal, no cereal, I want something different! So, this is what I made for my breakfast: 1 cup cooked quinoa sugar snap peas red onion,

Pork chops and easy rice dish

Pork chops and easy rice dish

When I got home from work, the only kind of meat I had in the fridge was a 2.5 pound pork tenderloin….and it was almost 6 o’clock. No time to roast that baby, so I decided I would cut it into pork chops and cook

Thanks to Jessie and Michael of Chef Fresco, I tried a new recipe they made using sausage and veggies. I love trying new recipes. Usually when I make something new, I just wait and see if my family says anything. Sometimes they do, sometimes they

One thing that helped me out today was preparing my food the night before. That way I have time to make something deluxe if I want and not be rushed throwing things in my bag. For breakfast I had: 1 Thomas whole grain English Muffin
