Notes

This is a super filling breakfast!  I highly recommend you try this if you want a hearty breakfast that will keep you full.
Some products I used: Did you know you can buy Premier Protein powder?  2 scoops is only 2 smart points on Weight Watchers.
My favorite brand of Greek yogurt is Siggi’s.  It’s super creamy – I love the texture of it.
I also added Jiffy Whipped peanut butter.  Sadly – it’s discontinued!  I stocked up so I have several containers in my pantry – but regular peanut butter OR American Dream Nut Butters are amazing – 2 tablespoons for 5 smart points (or 150 calories).

I am following Weight Watchers – so this giant bowl is only 6 smart points on #teamblue – but also I am counting calories using the Loseit.com app. If you are counting calories, this is 483 calories.

Using the Loseit.com app – I’ve noticed that my protein is pretty low – so I’ve been more conscious of trying to increase that. This powerhouse super high protein breakfast certainly helps!
