Weight Watcher Food Finds at Costco

So excited to share Weight Watcher Food Finds at Costco!  Points are also included!

Over the years I’ve been part of many conversations in WW groups online about where to buy certain products at various stores.  I thought I would share some Costo food choices if you want to eat healthier – or are on WW like me.  Costco is so huge – it’s super intimidating to walk around trying to find foods that you like that will fit your healthy eating plan – I hope this helps!

Costco Food Finds!

In no particular order:

Kirkland Protein Bars –  4 points each!

Kirkland Oven Roasted Turkey Breast – 0 points!

Turkey breast – great in wraps, on sandwiches, I like to roll up a few slices for a snack plate with fruit, a few nuts, and a slice of string cheese for a low point snack.

You can use Mucle Milk by itself, add to a smoothie, to oatmeal, in cereal, etc.

Fage Fat Free Greek Yogurt0 points!

Yogurt is something I eat almost every day .  I buy it plain, and here is how I sweeten it:

1 tablepsoon sugar free pudding powder, stir well.

A few tablespoons of sugar free syrup

A few tablespoons of PB2 peanut butter powder with fresh fruit

Fage non fat greek yogurt container

Mixed Berries – Frozen – 0 points! (unless you are on the diabetic plan)

I love frozen berries on yogurt, on vanilla icecream, for smoothies, add to oats, cereal, etc.

Stryve Beef Jerky2 points per serving

These are great for car rides, as a snack while making dinner, or keep with you when you are on the go and get hungry to tied you over until your next meal.

Chicken Tortilla Soup (in the refrigerated section) 1 point per cup; 2 points for 2 cups; 3 cups for 3 points!

Even though I love cooking, I sometimes love having a meal where all I have to do is heat it in the microwave and lunch or dinner is served!

Serve with some crackers, or add toppings like cheese, avocado, crushed tortillas chips, sour cream (just count extra for those points).

Bibigo mini wontons – 13 for 6 points!!

Who doesnt love won tons?  I am a HUGE fan  – I add them to stir fry’s, have them for a snack with soy sauce, add to soups.  You definitely want to have these on hand in your freezer!  Check out my recipe for homemade won ton pillows.

Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Crunch Keto Cereal – 1/2 cup is 2 points – 1 cup is 6 points

This cereal is so good!  I am not a fan of cereal that gives you a small portion – eating a cup and adding lots of fruit is a great and quick breakfast idea when you are running low on time.  Also great on yogurt too!
