My favorite new cereal
This is my new favorite cereal! As soon as I started eating it, I was wondering what the flavor reminded me of. And then it hit me….Sugar Smacks! Remember that cereal? This has the same flavor except this version is super healthy. It’s Trader Joe’s brand Honey, Almond and Flax 9 Whole Grain Crunch Cereal.
Each 1 cup serving is 190 calories, 5 grams of fat and 8 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of protein!
I’ve eaten it as cereal.
I have sprinkled it on my oatmeal for some extra crunch.
I even sprinkled some on a small serving of ice cream. It’s so good!
