I had a great day yesterday food wise! I planned what I was eating for breakfast and lunch and snacks. I wasn’t hungry at all and….are you ready? I actually broke out a work out CD – Billy Blanks Taebo!
I had to start with Billy! I did 30 minutes. I figured since I haven’t worked out in a while, I should just take it slow. I will not lie, I had to look at my watch to see how much time was left! But, in the end I was glad I finished.
Billy Blanks always reminds me of when my husband, sister and I owned a 2 flat. Biz and Hannah lived upstairs, and my family lived downstairs. We would make a plan to work out together, and that was usually doing Taebo.
I would go up to her place before our kids were up and we would work out and laugh. Good times!
So, I started using My Fitness Pal to track my calories. It’s free, you can count calories, enter a recipe to figure out calories. I thought for the first time using it, it was super user friendly.
So, here was my day yesterday:

So, all in all, I think it was a great start!
I figure I am just going to take it one day at a time and not think ahead too much. That way all the days will add up and before you know it I will be at my goal! I am officially making Monday my weigh in date, so I will post any losses on Mondays.
