Happy 4th!!  I’ve been on vacation for the past week which has been so nice!  Today we are going to a family party.  I’ve had one of my Peanut Butter muffins for breakfast, and I plan to have a light lunch and I am thinking

 These muffins make me very happy!  As I’ve said before, the allure of the bakery by my house to get a muffin before work was very strong.  It would get to the point where I would say to myself, if there is a parking space
