I can’t believe it, another week has gone by!  I am happy to say I am down another pound, so my total so far is 13 pounds!!  Yeah!!  The best part of that is that I still went out to dinner twice and had pizza

Tonight I made my favorite beef stew for dinner. I got the recipe from a very old Better Homes and Garden cookbook my Mom had. (The cover had red and white checker pattern). Anyway, its the easiest to make by far, and once the vegetables
