This recipe is going crazy on the internet right now and in Weight Watchers circles on Instagram. It seems quite impossible that just 2 ingredients can make bagels, pretzels, pizza dough, rolls or cinnamon rolls, but it does!

Each bagel is 3 SP on Weight Watchers
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising dough
- 1 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- In a mixer or by hand combine the ingredients until a dough forms, about 2 minutes.
- For the bagels I added an egg wash and sprinkled Everything Bagel seasoning ( found at Trader Joe's).
- Divide into 4 pieces - roll out in a log to make bagels, roll in a ball to make rolls, or twist to make pretzels.
- Top with egg wash and seasoning. Bake for 22 minutes in 350 degree oven then 550 degrees for 2 minutes.
