I went to Weight Watchers today and was elated to be down another 1.4 pounds! I thought today as I was sitting in my meeting that I think this time its for real, this is going to be my year to make goal again. The funny thing is that I am starting to notice the small changes I am making such as staying away from the food table at work (like today there were Krispy Kreme donuts, left over deserts from a luncheon…arghh!!), riding my bike to work (3.4 miles per day), getting to the Y when I can to do a class or my own workout, planning my meals, weighing my food, trying new foods, eating half on my plate and reevaluate if I am still hungry, cutting down on chips at night, and lastly, I’m just taking it one day at a time.
Here’s a recap of my weight loss since March/April:
Lost 7 pounds on my own before coming back to Weight Watchers (again!)
- +1.6 (not a good way to start!)
- -3.0 (yeah!)
- +2.4 (rats!)
- -4.6 (amazing!)
7 pounds before WW, 10.2 since mid-April, down 17.2 pounds!
It makes me want to do a Snoopy Happy Dance!
