Weigh-in Wednesday


I can’t believe it, another week has gone by!  I am happy to say I am down another pound, so my total so far is 13 pounds!!  Yeah!!  The best part of that is that I still went out to dinner twice and had pizza on Friday night.  I am still riding my bike to work when it doesn’t rain (3.2 miles a day), so I think that is helping too.  The other thing I am noticing is I am saying things I normally don’t say such as:  No, thanks (when people offer me food at work), Can you take the bread basket away? Can I ask how that is prepared (at a restaurant?) Looking up things at a restaurant before I go to see what my best option is and ordering it first, etc…  It’s kind of freaking me out, because normally after this amount of time really watching my weight (about 8 weeks) my enthusiasm wanes a bit and I start falling back  into old eating habits.  I’m hoping I can continue the success.  Since it does seem like the week flies by, I told myself today that every day counts!  I am writing down everything I eat and trying to exercise when I can.  Have a great day everyone!!
