Weigh in Wednesday!

Every Wednesday is my Weight Watchers meeting, and I am happy to say I am down another pound, making my grand total 9 pounds so far!  My goal for the coming week is to cut down (or out) the snacking over the weekend.  I love chips of all varieties!  If I hadn’t indulged in that over the last weekend, I probably would have been down 3 pounds!
This is what I had to eat today:
For lunch, I had leftovers of the sausage, and roasted potatoes I made for dinner last night.

I had 4 ounces of the sausage, 3 ounces potatoes and strawberries for a total of 330 calories.
For a morning snack I had a Fiber One yogurt for 80 calories and 5 grams of fiber.
There is always food in my office.  We have luncheons all the time, and reps coming in with food.  Today there was a luncheon and when the food was put out there was a nice big bowl of fresh fruit!  So I had some of that!

For an afternoon snack I made a pouch of oatmeal with a banana for 200 calories.  It was really good and filling.  Plus I had it at 4:00 so I wouldn’t be starving when I made dinner.
For dinner, I made bow tie pasta, with just jar sauce, 2 slices Natural Oven Hunger Filler “garlic” bread and a cup of mixed veggies.  Believe it or not, but this serving was only 3/4 cup of pasta and about a 1/2 cup of sauce.

I stuck with my points today and I feel great!  6 more days until my next weigh in!!
