I have a bunch to share today! Today I had a totally deluxe lunch.
These are Ball Park Turkey Bun length hot dogs. Each hot dog is only 45 calories. So this weekend, when you are either having a bbq for Memorial Day weekend, or going to one, bring a package of these and you can still enjoy yourself and be healthy!
This was my lunch! 2 hot dogs on light buns, 1 pear, mixed veggies, and 10 pretzels. All this for only 430 calories!! It took me a long time to eat it. So long, I was not hungry for an afternoon snack.
Sometimes while I am making dinner, I think about what to bring for lunch the next day. Since I am in the kitchen anyway, I may as well use that time to plan ahead. Since it is Thursday, my groceries are dwindling with a husband and 3 kids eating all week.
I have eaten all the leftovers I have made for dinner, so I decided to look in my freezer to see what I could make. I had totally forgotten I bought this, but as soon as I saw it, I had a plan!
Each fillet is only 110 calories. And I also found Trader Joe’s vegetarian egg rolls in the back of my freezer. Each egg roll is only 140 calories. So, I am going to cook the chicken breast, cook the egg roll and then heat it up in the toaster oven at work. On the side I have mixed veggies and I am going to bring my House of Tsang Peanut Sauce. I think it will be might tasty!
