Peanut Butter Smoothie

This recipe is for my brother (www.backtothefridge.com)  who loves peanut butter more than anyone I know.  He can keep a jar at his desk and eat spoonful after spoonful and never get tired of it!  I got this recipe from a Shape Magazine back in 2002.  I made it for breakfast and so far its keeping me full.  The only thing different was that I used regular peanut butter (I don’t usually buy the all natural kind) and it turned out so yummy!  It was almost like eating desert for breakfast.  I usually always have bananas in the freezer, because some weeks I think my family will eat more, and they are starting to get too brown.  Just peel them first, it will make your life a lot easier later.  Also, you may want to label it too.  After a while I take things out of my freezer and it’s a total guessing game as to what it is!  Then usually what will happen is I just end up throwing it out.  So, in less than a minute (I used my Magic Bullet) you can have this yummy smoothie too!
