Jennie-O/Biggest Loser Thai Turkey Wraps
My sister gave me a Biggest Loser desk calendar for Christmas, so every morning when I get to work, I tear off the day before and there will be a weight loss tip of the day. It could be a recipe, a work out tip, trainer tips etc. Today’s tip was pretty eye opening. This was today’s message:
“Keeping a food diary could help you stay on track while losing weight” says Cheryl Forberg, the nutritionist for The Biggest Loser. “In one study, overweight people who kept a food journal for one year lost 41 ½ pounds; those who didn’t keep track lost just 17! My brother has has great success using The Daily Plate.
That’s a huge difference!! Here are just a few sites that can help you get started:

Combine next 7 ingredients (carrots through green onions) in a bowl, then stir in cooked and chilled Jennie-O turkey. Arrange lettuce leaves on the outer rim of a serving plate. Spoon turkey mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf to create wraps. Garnish with peppers, cucumber and cashews.
