If you want to impress someone for dinner or a brunch – turn my sisters Skinny Pizza Dough into a stuffed buffalo bbq chicken braided bread! I promise it’s super easy!
To start – you want to make a batch of Skinny Pizza Dough. My sister has a big tutorial on the dough if you are interested!
Ingredients for Skinny Pizza Dough
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
I had leftovers in my fridge that needed to be used up. I was inspired by sam_the_cooking_guy recipe he made this week and I tweaked mine to make it a little Weight Watchers friendly.
My filling was leftover chicken, shredded with 2 tablespoons @alouettecheese cheddar cheese spread (2 SP) 1 oz. @traderjoes light Mexican shredded cheese blend (2 SP) diced red onion, one green onion chopped, 1/4 cup @franksredhot sauce, and 2 tsp. @daksspices blackened chicken.
Roll out the dough (I used 12 ounces) out into as much of a rectangle shape as I could. Add the chicken filling down the middle.
Using a knife I cut slits about every half inch from top to bottom.
Fold the pieces of dough over the middle. I brushed it with an egg wash and added sesame seeds.
Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes.
This whole thing is only 16 SP 😁😁 Who wants a taste?
