I want to give a big thanks to Molly at POM Wonderful for sending me two new flavors of POM that will be coming out next month. POM Kiwi and POM Peach. Both were excellent!!
I’ve been kind of eating the same thing for breakfast the last week or so. Oatmeal! I don’t buy the packet stuff, I use 1/2 cup quick oats and I actually will add 2 cups of hot water then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. I almost always add sliced banana on top and ground flax seed. It makes a HUGE bowl and it takes me a long time to eat.
For lunch I made my crock pot beef stew. It’s so good and it always makes leftovers, so I love bringing it for lunch, it makes me so happy!!
My friend who I work out with at lunch forgot her work out clothes yesterday, so instead of running, we briskly walked for 40 minutes. It was sunny but chilly, but I felt so great afterwards. I’m going on 11 weeks of regular exercise, I can’t believe it!!
Who watched Biggest Loser last night??? I can’t believe they didn’t vote off Tracy!! What’s up with that??
I was super happy that Shay lost so much weight!! It was a great show last night.
