A few weeks ago, my Mom attempted to make bread from my sister’s site. It didn’t rise very well, the texture wasn’t right. Turned out my mom used a little too much flour.
Fast forward to today, where a few minutes ago, we got an e-mail (with pictures!) of her bread, and she used some of the dough to make a pizza crust.
She cut up some turkey and spinach!
Sauteed some garlic, onions and brocolli!
And voila! Home made pizza. She estimated this to be about 400 calories! Nice!
And cheese bread with the left over dough. I’ve made this dough before too, and it is so good!
