Weigh-in Wednesday – Holy crap I lost 4.6 lbs. this week!!

 Weight loss is such a weird thing!  The last two weeks, I wrote down all my points, didn’t go crazy on the weekends, and I barely lost a thing!  Then I go to my Weight Watchers meeting and the leader says “Great job, you’re down 4.6 lbs!”  What?  Could it be?  I sat down on my chair, reviewing what I ate, and the main difference from prior weeks was that I rode my bike to work every day (3.2 miles total each day).  Could that have made that much of a difference?  I don’t care what it was, but I am still in the zone and I am more pumped than ever to get this weight off!!  Hopefully, I will have great news again next weigh-in Wednesday!!
