Happy labor day weekend!

It’s been a busy weekend so far, so I haven’t had time to post anything yet!

This will be a quick post today.

I’m pretty sure this is going to be my go-to breakfast every weekend. The Breakfast Pizza

I made it last weekend and this weekend I made some more dough to make not only one for me, but for my kids too :0). It may start replacing chocolate chip pancakes we make every Sunday!

Spinach breakfast pizza

Today’s version:

3.5 ounces pizza dough
bbq sauce
1 1/2 oz. cheese
fresh spinach, chopped
red onion
1 egg, cracked on top before baking

OMG, this is the best thing ever!! The dough was crispy (I did pre-bake the dough for about 5 minutes before putting the toppings on.

This huge pizza is 470 calories, which I know seems like a lot, but since this was more like brunch for me, it’s all good!
