Busy weekend!!
First off, I have to share a major score I got yesterday. I was picking my daughter up from a birthday party and on the way home, I see a beautiful wood desk with chair on someone’s front lawn with a FREE sign on it. Well, if you know me, I will stop for things like that and check it out. It looked great, it was clean, and I thought it would be perfect for my daughters room to do her homework on. My sons were with me too, so I had to figure out how to get it in my car.
Luckily, a nice man was walking his dog, and stopped to assist. We put the seats down it slid right in, tied the chair to the rack on top of my car and away we went!
Isn’t that nice? Thanks to the people who wanted to get rid of this desk! I love it!
On Saturday, all day was spent with my daughter at a Girl Scout Camporee! The girls practiced putting tents up, played games, made crafts, made smores and hiked. It was such a beautiful day! Here are some pics of that:

I didn’t do a lot of cooking this weekend, but I did make a batch of my Tortellini Soup though!
