Cuisine American
Servings 11
Ingredients
1.5cupsAll purpose flour
1/8cupcocoa powder
4 tbspof PB2 peanut butter powder
2tbspchia seedsoptional
1tspbaking soda
1.5tspbaking powder
1tbspSplenda for baking
dashsalt
1single serve container Siggis plain yogurt
2eggs
6ozwater
1tspvanilla extract
1/4cupLily's sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients well.
Add the wet ingredients and mix just enough to combine - do not overmix.
Let the batter sit for 15 minutes. This makes the batter super fluffy.
Spray a mini dash waffle iron with cooking spray.
Add a little less than 1/4 cup of batter to the waffle maker.
Cook until the blue light goes off. If you lift the lid of that waffle maker and the waffle is sticking - it's not done - close the lid and cook for another few minutes.
Notes
For my Weight Watcher friends - here is a link to add this recipe to your WW app!If you have a regular sized waffle maker - this will take less time to cook since you can cook 4 at a time. Since the mini dash is one waffle at a time - think of something you can do to multitask - or read a book while the batch is baking. I got 11 waffles out of my batter - each waffle is 4 points, or 7 points for two!
