My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough

This recipe makes 4 small pizzas or 2 large. Or you can use it to make the waffles I am sharing or calzones or bagels!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup water - use up to 1/3 cup water if the dough looks dry

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  • Using a wooden spoon, mix together until the dough starts to form.
  • Knead for 2 minutes until the dough comes together.
  • At this point, you can roll out the dough to make pizza, or store it in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate until ready to use. Just remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to using so it's easier to roll out.
