Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fage brand fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp Kashi Go Lean Chocolate Cruch Cereal
  • 2 tbsp American Dream cinnamon toffee nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add yogurt to the bowl, add the sliced banana, GoLean crunch cereal, and top with the nut butter.

Notes

I thought the nut butter sweetened the fat free plain Greek yogurt - you can always add a flavored protein powder to the yogurt first - to make it sweeter. 
This bowl is super filling - it kept me full for 5 hours!  A great and simple no bake breakfast!
